LEGAL
Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms of use apply to the website, Kaysson accounts, community features and the Kaysson Virtual Network platform (KVN). Additional terms may apply to individual services; these will be shown before use.
2. Community project and agreement
Kaysson Project is a community project. A free user relationship begins when an account is created or a feature is used. Paid services are offered only where price, scope, duration, payment and cancellation terms are clearly displayed in advance.
3. Account and access
- Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Login details, confirmation codes and recovery codes must be kept confidential.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold or used for other people.
- Minors may use the services only in accordance with the laws that apply to them.
Suspected misuse must be reported promptly through support. Security measures such as renewed sign-in or ending sessions may be necessary to protect an account.
4. Services and availability
Kaysson Project provides community, profile and support features as well as KVN features. Features may be developed, changed or discontinued for technical reasons. Maintenance, security measures, disruptions or events outside our control may temporarily limit availability.
5. KVN and virtual values
Vehicles, companies, orders, journeys, telemetry, balances, invoices, transfers and other values within KVN are solely for simulation. They are not money, e-money, bank deposits, financial instruments or claims for real payment. Virtual values cannot be paid out, converted into real money or refunded.
6. Acceptable use
The services may only be used lawfully, respectfully and in accordance with these terms. In particular, the following is prohibited:
- unauthorised access, bypassing security measures or manipulating data;
- malware, spam, scraping, automated bulk requests or unreasonable system load;
- harassment, threats, discrimination, identity misuse or unlawful content;
- manipulating rankings, virtual values, applications, support processes or simulator data.
7. User content and moderation
Users retain their rights in lawfully submitted content. They grant Kaysson Project the non-exclusive right needed to operate, display, store, secure and moderate that content. Content or accounts may be restricted, removed or suspended proportionately where there are concrete indications of legal or rule violations. A review may be requested through support.
8. Third-party services
Some features may integrate third-party services, including Discord, simulators, translation, hosting or infrastructure providers. Their own terms and privacy notices also apply. Outages or changes to third-party services are outside Kaysson Project’s control unless the law provides otherwise.
9. Privacy and security
Information about personal-data processing and data-subject rights is available in the privacy policy. Users must reasonably protect their accounts and report security incidents promptly.
10. Fees, withdrawal and cancellation
Free features can be used without charge. For paid services, the information required by law is provided before the agreement is made. Statutory withdrawal, cancellation and warranty rights remain unaffected. An account can be ended using the available account functions.
11. Suspension and termination
Kaysson Project may temporarily restrict or end access where there are concrete indications of a breach of these terms, applicable law or platform security. Measures are generally chosen proportionately; serious or continuing breaches may justify immediate action.
12. Rights in the platform
Software, design, trademarks, text, graphics and other Kaysson Project content are protected. They may be used only as intended or with prior permission or a statutory right.
13. Liability
Kaysson Project has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and wherever liability is mandatory by law. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual duties, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the agreement. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be changed where required due to legal changes, security requirements, technical developments or new features. Material changes will be communicated in good time and appropriately. Consent will be obtained where required by law.
15. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules at a consumer’s habitual residence provide otherwise. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective and statutory rules apply instead.
